General Information
- All items discreetly packaged in a brown, unmarked box.
- Orders may be shipped up to 7 business days following
our receipt of the order (Sunday not included).
- Some items may be shipped in separate shipments or from
a different location
- All orders ship complete (we hold no back orders).
- You will receive an order confirmation email with a
Tracking Number upon order shipment.
- Military PO Box addresses using APO's are not accepted
as a ship to address and will not be sent.
- All battery operated products are tested before being
shipped to ensure that they are in good working condition.
- Many of our products are of a personal nature, therefore
NO returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted. Lingerie
items can ONLY be exchanged with the manufacturers tags
still attached and ONLY for same garment in a different
size. Ship the lingerie item back to us in good condition
and indicate the size desired to receive exchange.
- Most orders ship from Washington State
- No Sales Taxes are collected when you shop with us.
